MAINTENANCE FREE: It is resistant to abuse, the color is integral and permanent, this eliminates the need for painting, it can be simply cleaned with mild soap and garden hose.
 
COLOR PERMANENCY: California cement stucco comes to you pre-blended, assuring you of color uniformity from batch to batch and year to year; it is available in 24 standard colors.
 
DESIGN TEXTURE VARIETY: California cement stucco when properly applied over wood, frame, brick, block or monolithic concrete, is adaptable to every type of architecture. The true character of cement stucco is made even more beautiful when complemented by textures, which are only limited to the skill and imagination of the plasterer.
 
ECONOMICAL: California cement stucco is within the reach of the homeowner as well as the corporate budget. Cement stucco grows stronger with age, and is fully resistant to rot, deterioration and aggressive chemicals in the atmosphere, such as acid rain. California cement stucco is an easy retrofit and is an ideal medium for restoring the older home.
 
FIRE RESISTANT: California cement stucco is non-flammable and non-contributable to fire. It will not smoke, burn or give off fumes.

TEXTURE-FLEX
Acrylic Elastomeric Coatings
 

TEXTURE-FLEX has undergone vigorous laboratory testing and has been proven in the field to allow excellent workability encompassing a wide spectrum of substrates. The finished product has proven to be extremely durable, providing tremendous elasticity and lasting beauty.

Convenience: Ready-to-go from bucket to wall. Available in 25 stock colors. Custom colors available on request.


Workability: A variety of textures and finishes can be attained. Ideal for detail work such as quoines, arches, columns, etc. Provides excellent adhesion to a variety of sound substrates such as concrete, brick, block, gypsum board and painted surfaces.
 
Durability: Provides crack resistant finish over masonry base. Bridges crack and check marks in cement, resists impact, mold, mildew, salt spray, chalking and abrasion.
 
Economical: Coverage of approximately 130 square feet per pail.
 
Water Vapor Permeability: Texture-Flex does not act as a vapor barrier.
 
Working (Open) Time: Approximately 20 minutes depending on weather conditions.
Curing Time: Initial set in approximately 30 minutes. Firm in 24 hours. Final set in about 2 weeks.
 
Solubility: Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately.
 
Storage: Sealed containers must be stored out of direct sunlight. Keep from freezing.
 
Limitations: Texture-Flex should be applied only to frost-free surfaces above 40 degrees R. for two consecutive days
.
Finish Base: Texture-Flex is water based, 100% acrylic elastomeric binder emulsion.
 
Aggregate Base: Texture-Flex contains calcium carbonate particles as well as finer pigments and filters.

When using EPS board with armour coat or equal, finish
with RollFlex or Texture-Flex. It is advisable to trowel on
Texture-Flex and highlight with RollFlex or Elastocote if
colors are required.

U.S. Embassy in Moscow
We have been selling our products in the Mid-Atlantic States since 1927. We also sell our products nationally and internationally. One of our projects is the United States Embassy in Moscow. The U.S. Government, as approved by the Corp of Engineers, specified California Stucco to finish the exterior walls when the Embassy was refurbished.
